You can cancel your Avatero subscription in the following ways:

  • Through your device’s app store settings (iOS App Store or Google Play Store)
  • Through your Avatero account settings
  • By contacting our customer support team

1.2 Cancellation Timeline

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription period

1.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • To avoid charges for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Renewal dates can be found in your account settings or app store subscription management

2. Refund Policy

2.1 App Store Purchases

  • For subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play:
  • Refund requests must be made through the respective app store
  • Each store’s refund policy and timeline will apply
  • Apple App Store: Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google Play Store: Request refunds through play.google.com/store/account

2.2 Direct Purchases

For purchases made directly through Avatero:

2.2.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Unauthorized charges
  • Duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability exceeding 24 hours
  • Charges after cancellation

2.2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Active usage of premium features
  • Partial subscription periods
  • Changed mind about the service
  • Misunderstanding of features
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Free trial conversions

2.3 Refund Timeline

  • Eligible refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary based on your payment provider

3. Free Trials

3.1 Trial Period

  • Free trial duration is clearly stated at sign-up
  • Only one free trial per user
  • Converting to a paid subscription during the trial will end the trial period

3.2 Trial Conversion

  • You will be notified before the trial ends
  • To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before trial expiration
  • No refunds for automatic conversion after trial period

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Account Termination

  • If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms:
  • No refund will be provided
  • Remaining subscription period is forfeited

4.2 Technical Issues

  • Extended service outages may qualify for:
  • Partial refund
  • Service credit
  • Extended subscription period

4.3 Death of Subscriber

  • Executor/next of kin may request cancellation and pro-rated refund
  • Documentation may be required

5. Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices
  • Price changes will not affect current subscription period
  • You will be notified of price changes before renewal
  • You may cancel before new prices take effect

6. Currency and Payment Methods

  • All refunds will be in the original payment currency
  • Exchange rates for international refunds are determined by:
